2nd grade enjoys our current schedule and thinks that it works for supporting instruction. It also seems to work well with the literacy pull out team and specials allowing for almost full uninterrupted blocks of time. Tina will take this to BLT.
Not the way they were set up. We think the intervention needs to be longer. This next round will end of being a total of 5 weeks. We will have to support the P to A group in our classrooms* see comment below.
Intervention groups start next Monday and Wednesday and then will start again after Spring Break.
Next Prompt- Write about spring break on April 6th.

Hot List Meeting 1:40-2:15
TO DO:
Bring updated scores of hot list klids. Maybe compare and contrast differences in their assmt. writing from before the intervention to now. We can talk about how the prompt was difficult but perhaps how we have seen the students trying to apply the intervention in their daily writing.
Also make copies of most recent assessment to give to hot list group facilitators do they know what things to work on.
Phonics Concern
Mary's group- since she is doing this on her own time, does she want to continue doing the word choice group and are they really benefitting from it? Or would she like to switch and work with the P to A group as originally planned?
